At a formative age, Jeff started working for his grandfather who owned a chain of furniture stores, forever rooting his heart in small business. Jeff’s official education covered business & finance at Lipscomb University. Assembling a deep HR tool chest through positions at increasingly larger corporations, Jeff enjoyed his last decade at a southeast regional bank as Senior VP and HR Exec for both the Insurance and Consumer Lending Divisions.
Jeff couldn’t sit still, feeling too distant from his core desire. He determined to offer executive level “people resources” to small and midsize business, previously only afforded to large firms.
